9. We will incorporate your own private education association as a nonprofit education association. IPX Services will be your registered agent. They will keep you fully informed concerning all correspondence. It takes about two weeks to become incorporated. You'll receive your documents when they are approved.
10. We will obtain 501(c)(4) tax exempt status for you using the services of IPX Services. This process takes three to four months and is retroactive to the date you started your nonprofit, tax exempt education association. You'll receive confirmation as soon as your association is approved.
11. You are eligible to help form a private membership state association under the auspices of AASHC with our assistance.
